Report: Aaron Pico Faces Adam Borics At Bellator 222
A featherweight division attraction has been added to Bellator 222 according to Marc Raimondi of ESPN as Aaron Pico is going to be in action against Adam Borics.
Pico (4-2-0) has competed six times as a professional MMA fighter and all of those encounters ended within the opening round. Pico has spent his entire professional MMA career competing in Bellator MMA, picking up notable wins over Shane Kruchten and Leandro Higo. Pico has suffered two losses as a professional MMA fighter, with those losses coming against the duo of Zach Freeman and Henry Corrales.
Borics (8-0-0) has picked up three wins under the Bellator MMA banner, defeating the trio of Anthony Taylor, Teodor Nikolov and Josenaldo Silva. Borics has competed a total of eight times as a professional MMA fighter and only two of those bouts went the distance. Borics has also competed in two other promotions outside of Bellator MMA, with those organizations being Final Fight Championship and Hungarian Fight Championship.
Bellator 222 takes place on Friday, June 14 from Madison Square Garden in New York, New York with Chael Sonnen and Lyoto Machida headlining. Fightful is going to be providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on DAZN.
