Report: Hakeem Dawodu Faces Zubaira Tukhugov At UFC 253
A featherweight division attraction has been added to UFC 253 as Hakeem Dawodu is in action against Zubaira Tukhugov.
MMA Junkie first reported the bout, who’s spot on the card isn’t known at this time.
Dawodu (11-1-1) enters the contest riding a four fight winning streak, with those wins coming over Austin Arnett, Kyle Bochniak, Yoshinori Horie and Julio Arce. Dawodu has suffered a single defeat as a professional MMA fighter and that came against Danny Henry at UFC Fight Night London. Dawodu also competed eight times in the World Series Of Fighting, where he notched a win over UFC veteran Steven Siler.
Tukhugov (19-4-1) has won just one of his last three in the UFC, with that lone win coming over Kevin Aguilar at UFC Fight Night Auckland. Tukhugov has picked up a total of four wins in the UFC, with two coming by way of KO/TKO and two coming by way of decision. Tukhugov has picked up nineteen wins as a professional MMA fighter and eleven of them came by way of decision.
