AEW Collision Ends With Gunns Up, Bullet Club Gold On Top, Miro Denounces God, More | AEW Fight Size

Here is your fight size update following AEW Saturday Collision on June 24.

– AEW Collision is two weeks old, and CM Punk competed in the main event for the second week in a row.

This week, however, he was on the losing side of an 8-Man Tag as he, FTR, and Ricky Starks fell to the team of Jay White, Juice Robinson, and The Gunns, Austin & Colten. Admittedly, tonight’s crowd was more hostile towards the former World Champion. However, he never minds a divisive response.

– This week’s episode featured Miro cutting a promo denouncing God and his beautiful wife. The Redeemer is on the warpath.

– A video package previewed the men’s side of the Owen Hart Foundation Memorial Cup Tournament.

– Willow Nightingale defeated Nyla Rose to advance in women’s tournament action.

– Christian Cage had a lot to say about the TNT Title, the city of Toronto, and the Maple Leafs.

– Hiroshi Tanahashi defeated Swerve Strickland. Afterward, MJF addressed “The Ace” on the video wall ahead of their upcoming AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door match.

– For the second week in a row, Andrade El Idolo faced a member of the House of Black. He ultimately defeated Brody King by disqualification following interference from Buddy Matthews. Julia Hart took possession of El Idolo’s black mask, seemingly to the delight of  Malakai Black.

– Backstage, Scorpio Sky says he viewed the video package last week, and it should have felt amazing, but it didn’t work. Instead of a highlight reel, he suggested that he introduce himself. He lists his accomplishments in All Elite Wrestling and claims that the world will soon see who Scorpio Sky is.

– Powerhouse Hobbs decimated Jeremy Prophet, defeating him with a Spinebuster

– MJF has learned that he must wrestle next week on Saturday night, and he’s not happy about it.

– In the opening segment, it was revealed that Tetsuya Naito would team with Sting and Darby Allin at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2023.
