Report: Two Fights Added To UFC Fight Night Washington DC, Carlos Condit In Action

A pair of bouts have been added to the UFC Fight Night Washington DC card according to Post Sports as Carlos Condit faces Mickey Gall and Matt Sayles faces Bryce Mitchell

Condit (30-13-0) enters the contest while in the midst of a five fight winning streak and he hasn’t picked up a win in over four years. Condit is a former UFC Interim Welterweight Champion, defeating Nick Diaz to win the gold at UFC 143 to claim the gold.

Gall (6-2-0) has rotated wins and losses in his last five UFC bouts, with the latest bout being a unanimous decision win over Salim Touahri at UFC Fight Night Newark. Gall has picked up five wins as a professional MMA fighter and five of those victories came by way of submission.

Sayles (8-2-0) has won just one of two under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming against Kyle Nelson at UFC Fight Night Ottawa. Sayles also competed on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series Episode 10, defeating Yazan Hajeh by first round TKO. 

Mitchell (11-0-0) has already picked up two wins in UFC competition, defeating the duo of Tyler Diamond and Bobby Moffett. Mitchell also competed on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 27, making it to the semi-finals before losing to Brad Katona

UFC Fight Night Washington DC takes place on Saturday, December 7 from the Capitol One Arena in Washington DC with Alistair Overeem and Walt Harris headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on ESPN.
