Report: Henry Corrales Faces Andy Main At Bellator 208
A featherweight division attraction has been added to next months Bellator 208 card according to MMA Junkie as Henry Corrales is going to be in action against Andy Main.
Corrales (15-3-0) enters the contest while in the midst of a three fight winning streak, having defeated the trio of Cody Bollinger, Noad Lahat and Georgi Karakhanyan. Corrales has suffered three defeats as a professional MMA fighter and they have come to fighters who have either held or challenged for the Bellator MMA Featherweight Title. Corrales has also seen five of his eighteen professional MMA bouts go the distance, with Corrales winning four of those encounters.
Main (12-3-1-1NC) is going to be making his Bellator MMA debut in this bout and does so having won four of his last five. Main also competed on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 12, losing in the second round of the reality show to Kyle Watson. Main has also defeated a pair of UFC veterans during his professional MMA career, with those wins coming over Nam Phan and Brian Kelleher.
Bellator 208 takes place on Saturday, October 13 from the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, New York with Fedor Emelianenko and Chael Sonnen headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on the Paramount Network.
