Georgi Karakhanyan Versus Henry Corrales At Bellator 192

A featherweight division affair is the latest addition to this January’s Bellator 192 card as Georgi Karakhanyan is in action against Henry Corrales.

Karakhanyan (27-7-1) has won four of seven in his second Bellator MMA run, defeating Bubba Jenkins (twice), Kirill Medvedovsky and Daniel Pineda. Karakhanyan is also a former World Series Of Fighting Featherweight Champion, defeating Lance Palmer to win the gold at the WSOF 7. Karakhanyan has earned all four of his wins in Bellator MMA by way of stoppage and none of the fights that were won went past the second round.

Corrales (14-3-0) enters the fight on a two bout winning streak, last defeating UFC veteran Noad Lahat by unanimous decision at Bellator 182. Corrales started off his Bellator MMA run with three straight losses, with two of those losses coming to past/current Bellator MMA Featherweight Champions in Daniel Straus and Patricio Freire. Corrales is also a former King Of The Cage Featherweight Champion, defeating Jerod Spoon to win the gold in 2013.

Bellator 192 takes place on Saturday, January 20 from the Forum in Inglewood, California with Douglas Lima and Rory MacDonald headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Spike TV.
