Report: UFC Veteran Jon Tuck Arrested On Suspicion Of Sexual Assault
Former UFC fighter Jon Tuck has found himself on the wrong side of the law after the former UFC star was arrested earlier today on suspicion of sexual assault.
The Guam Daily Post (via Bloody Elbow) reports that Tuck was arrested on suspicion of third- and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. The arrest came after an investigation was conducted by the Guam Police Department’s Domestic Assault Response Team, but no further information has been released at this time.
Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) defines third degree criminal sexual conduct in Guam as:
Engaging in sexual penetration with a person where…
– that other person is at least 14 years of age and is under 16 years of age;
– force or coercion is used to accomplish the sexual penetration; or
– the actor knows or has reason to know that the victim is mentally defective, mentally incapacitated or physically helpless.
RAINN’s definition of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct in Guam is:
Engaging in sexual contact with another person where…
– force or coercion is used to accomplish the sexual contact;
– the actor knows or has reason to know that the victim is mentally defective, mentally incapacitated or physically helpless.
If Tuck is convicted on all charges, it could lead to a twenty five year imprisonment or a lifetime prison sentence without the possibility of parole.
Tuck went 4-5-0 in the UFC (11-5-0 overall), with those wins coming over Tiequan Zhang, Jake Lindsey, Tae Hyun Bang and Takanori Gomi.
