#2 Jose Aldo has expressed his desire to retire at the end of 2019 after fighting three times, and the first of those three went down at UFC Fortaleza Saturday night, as he took on fast-rising #5 Renato Moicano. After a feeling out round, Aldo showed why many consider him the Featherweight GOAT.

An uneventful round one gave way to an aggressive round two. Once Aldo turned up the heat on his younger counterpart, the flurry of punches gave way to a blizzard of them and Aldo finished Moicano. After the victory, a jubilant Aldo jumped into the crowd to celebrate.
TURNED BACK THE CLOCK!

For Aldo, it was his second consecutive non-PPV fight after all of his first 11 fights in the company were on pay-per-view. Aldo expressed his desire to compete on the next Brazil UFC card in May.
