New NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Crowned On 8/2
Kayden and Katana have finally done it.
In a Fatal 4-Way Elimination Tag Team Championship Match on August 2, 2022, Kayden Carter and Katana Chance finally achieved their dream of becoming the NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions.
After being paired for several years, KC and KC were able to eliminate Toxic Attraction to finally become Champions after several attempts.

With this victory, they become the seventh tag team to win the belts. Previously, the belts were held by Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade. The team vacated the titles after Cora betrayed Roxanne and threw the belt in the trash.
