Zelina Vega: “I Think I Have Some Unfinished Business With Bianca Belair”

Zelina Vega knows who she’s targeting if she wins the Money in the Bank contract.

Following an abrupt release back on November 13, 2020, Zelina Vega returned to WWE TV on July 2, 2021, and was announced as an entrant in the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match. She proceeded to have a match with Liv Morgan, who complained about not being included in the match despite being on a winning streak. Morgan defeated Vega with a roll-up that saw her grabbing Zelina’s tights for leverage.

Zelina appeared on Talking Smack the following morning and commented on her current opponents in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

“I mean, I’m not saying I don’t got good vision, but I don’t see no competition there,” Vega said.

As for who she would target should she win the match and earn a Women’s Championship opportunity, Zelina said the following:

“I think I have some unfinished business with Bianca [Belair]. If she’s even going to remain champion — although, I’m not really fond of Bayley either. Whoever it’s going to be, that’s who I have my eyes on right now.”

Vega and Belair began feuding on Raw during the summer of 2020 after Bianca accused Zelina of being involved in the poisoning of Montez Ford. This continued off of WWE when Belair attacked Zelina during a Twitch stream.

They would also feud on SmackDown, with Belair having her first match on the blue brand against Zelina. At the time, Vega was upset about all the attention Belair was receiving when no fanfare was made for her own arrival.

In competition, Belair has defeated Vega five times.

Belair is set to defend her SmackDown Women’s Championship on July 18th against Bayley in an I Quit Match.
