Zack Gibson Wants To Wrestle Jeff Hardy
There’s a few WWE matches that interest Zack Gibson.
Zack Gibson is one of the new stars of the NXT UK brand and the winner of the second United Kingdom Championship tournament. With his new place in WWE, Gibson was asked on Gorilla Position about his dream WWE matches.
“My favorite wrestlers as a kid were Billy Gunn, Jeff Hardy, and Rob Van Dam. I wrestled Billy Gunn a couple years ago and it was everything I wanted it to be. He’s the best. Then I wrestled Rob Van Dam within the last couple years. So to take off my childhood three (it) needs to be Jeff Hardy,” said Gibson. “Obviously he’s back where he belongs with WWE. So it’s in the card isn’t it,” he added.
In addition to Hardy, Gibson would like a WWE feud with Jack Gallagher since they have had so many big matches in their independent career. A rematch with WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne is also in his sights.
Last week, WWE filmed the first episodes of the NXT UK brand which Gibson took part. Fightful Wrestling has the spoilers for both days of those tapings.
