Yota Tsuji Wins 2024 New Japan Cup
Yota Tsuji is victorious.
Yota Tsuji won the 2024 New Japan Cup, defeating Hirooki Goto in the finals. As a results of his victory, he will challenge Tetsuya Naito for the IWGP World Heavyweight Title at NJPW Sakura Genesis.
Tsuji won with back-to-back Gene Blasters.
After the bout, Tsuji promised to take NJPW into a new era. He then squared off with his fellow Los Ingobernables de Japon teammate Naito.

Tsuji defeated Goto, EVIL, Ren Narita, El Phantasmo, and Jeff Cobb during his New Japan Cup tournament run.
