Xavier Woods Says Listening To Others Never Helped New Day After Booker T Says Big E Should Change
Xavier Woods will never apologize for The New Day getting over by being themselves.
Recently, Booker T took to his podcast to offer Big E some advice as he looks to forge his own path on SmackDown as a singles competitor.
“I still think Big E trying to be The New Day is not going to work for him as far as him working at the top of the card,” Booker admitted. “I’m talking about being the main attraction, I’m talking about the guy the company has put in the position to be the guy… I don’t think that’s going to catapult him to that level. As far as still trying to be The New Day, you can’t try to rehash something that you’ve been doing for so long and think that’s what is going to take you to the next level.”
Many fans took to social media to praise Big E for continuing his new day Antics on SmackDown as a singles competitor. Xavier Woods, who is currently out with an Achilles tendon injury, even commented himself saying that The New Day works because they’ve always done their own thing.
because doing what other people told us to do worked so well for us before we started doing what we wanted to do…. oh wait — pic.twitter.com/0aWMkb4p2g
