X-Pac Talks Being Cleared Of Drug Charges: “Wow, For Once I Didn’t Do It”

X-Pac says those responsible for his wrongful arrest should get a commendation for busting a "yeast capsule" smuggler.

All charges have been dropped on Sean Waltman (also known as X-Pac) regarding his arrest at Los Angeles International Airport. In the last weekend of April, Waltman was expected in England but never arrived. News finally broke that he had been arrested at the airport. He was arrested for the possession of and intent to sell methamphetamine capsules. In an interview with TMZ, Waltman said it feels amazing to be a free man.

"It feels amazing. Even when I was sitting in jail, the whole time I got a smile on my face. I'm going 'Wow, for once I didn't do it.' Like, 'I'm in L.A. county for something I really didn't do.' Because back in the day, years ago I ended up in L.A. county a lot," said Waltman

He had claimed his capsules were not methamphetamine but yeast infection fighting supplements. He also said one particular U.S. Customs agent wanted him arrested and the capsules were the only reason he was arrested, even though he admitted to having medical marijuana. In the interview with TMZ, he called out the customs agent by name.

"I just think Mr. Delgado from U.S. Customs at LAX should get full credit for the big bust," said Waltman. "Saving the world one yeast capsule at a time," he added

In his original arrest report a "CBP Officer Delgado" was referred to as a "drug recognition expert." Also on the report it said the capsules were tested and were positive for a particular reagent. Waltman was originally stopped because he was on a watch list for narcotics.

Waltman said he does not "hate on" anyone for not believing his yeast capsule story, which is something he has said consistently since his arrest. He also criticized the U.S. Customs screening people on the way out of the country, something Waltman called a waste of money.
