WWE Uses Some Non-Performance Center Recruits As Fans On 6/15 Raw
WWE has begun experimenting with the audience at television tapings inside the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
Since the middle of March, WWE has held all of the Raw and SmackDown television tapings at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. In the beginning, these events did not feature an audience. However, by the end of May, WWE began utilizing NXT talent and recruits from their training facility as audience members to add ambiance to the tapings.
On the June 15 Monday Night Raw, the crowds looked different. For the first time in over three months, non-WWE employees were shown in the crowd. According to a report by Jon Alba, these are friends of roster members.
I was just going to tweet this. I can confirm this report.
There are a small amount of fans in attendance for tonight’s #WWE tapings. I was told by one source some are friends of performers. https://t.co/WZGCfDhaHf
