WWE SmackDown Final Viewership Down On 1/6, Still Over 2 Million Viewers

The preliminary viewership numbers for the January 6 episode of WWE SmackDown are in. 

Brandon Thurston reports that WWE SmackDown on January 6 averaged a final viewership number of 2.257 million viewers. This is down big from the 2.629 million viewers that the show averaged on December 30, 2022. The show also recorded a final demo rating of 0.53, which is down from last Friday’s 0.64 rating.

SpoilerTV reported back on Saturday that WWE SmackDown on January 6 averaged 2.167 million viewers in the preliminary numbers. The first hour drew 2.198 million viewers and the second hour drew 2.137 million viewers. Friday’s WWE SmackDown also recorded preliminary 0.50 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic.

The December 30, 2022 episode of WWE SmackDown, which featured the return of John Cena, scored 2.441 million preliminary viewers with the final viewership number jumping to 2.629 million viewers.
