WWE SmackDown 7/17 Viewership Down Slightly For Extreme Rules Go-Home Show

SmackDown’s viewership dips prior to The Horror Show at Extreme Rules.

According to overnight numbers released by Showbuzz Daily, the July 17 episode of SmackDown averaged 1.893 million viewers, slightly down from the 1.905 million viewers the July 10 episode averaged. Two weeks ago, on July 3, SmackDown drew the lowest viewership ever for an episode of televised on the FOX Network, with only 1.776 million viewers

In the 18-49 demographic, the show drew approximately a 0.5 rating, which is identical to last week’s rating in that same demographic. Between ABC, CBS, CW, FOX, and NBC, SmackDown drew the highest rating in the 18-49 demo in primetime tied with Dateline NBC. The show also drew a 0.6 rating in the 25-54 demographic, which is also identical to last week’s rating in that demographic

Hourly Breakdown:

Hour 1: 1.919 million viewers, 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demographic

Hour 2: 1.867 million viewers, 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic
