WWE SmackDown (3/22/2024).
- Corey Graves & Wade Barrett welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
- LWO & Legado Del Fantasma Banned From Ringside: Santos Escobar def. Rey Mysterio.
- The finish came when Rey Mysterio went for a Springboard move, but a masked figure pulled him off the top rope. The masked man was Dominik Mysterio, which allowed Escobar to hit a 619 and the Phantom Driver for the win.
- Bayley met with Naomi and thanked her for helping last week, but Bianca Belair interrupted them. Belair told Bayley she had everything she was experiencing was a long time coming, but Bayley responded by saying she was aware. Belair and Bayley argued before Naomi tried to simmer down the tensions.
- After walking past Cody Rhodes signing merch, Bianca Belair warned Naomi not to get involved with Damage CTRL based on her own experience, but Naomi told her she could handle her own.
- WWE Tag Team Championship Qualifier – Bracket Two Semifinal: A-Town Down Under (Grayson Waller & Austin Theory) def. The Good Brothers (“The Big LG” Luke Gallows & “The Machine Gun” Karl Anderson) (w/ “Michin” Mia Yim).
- There was a video package for Bron Breakker.
- Iyo Sky (w/ Dakota Kai, Asuka & Kairi Sane) def. Naomi.
- After the match, Damage CTRL (Iyo Sky, Dakota Kai, Asuka & Kairi Sane) attacked Naomi, with Asuka blasting the Blue Mist on Naomi’s face. Belair made the save, dropping Sane with the Glam Slam, but Dakota Kai attacked Belair with a chop block.
- There was a video package for former AEW TBS Champion Jade Cargill, where she announced she signed to Friday Night SmackDown.
- Bianca Belair & a medical assistant were trying to help Naomi get the mist off his eyes before Tiffany Stratton appeared and said the blue mist was a great look for her.
- Kevin Owens spoke with Nick Aldis before Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) interrupted. After a heated argument, Owens challenged Pretty Deadly to a tag team match against himself and his partner, which they accepted but made fun of Owens for not having any “friends” to be his partner. Owens’s partner was revealed to be Randy Orton.
- There was footage of AJ Styles preparing his workout regimen before his match against LA Knight at WrestleMania XL, but LA Knight appeared in Styles’s parking lot. Knight & Styles brawled in the parking lot before the Gainsville Police arrested LA Knight. No charges were pressed against LA Knight.
- WWE Tag Team Championship Qualifier – Bracket Two Semifinal: The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) (w/ Bobby Lashley & B-Fab) def. Authors Of Pain (Akam & Rezar) (w/ Paul Ellering, Karrion Kross & Scarlett).
- WWE Champion Roman Reigns came to the ring to cut a promo, where he bragged about being a man of his word for not bringing The Bloodline with him aside from Paul Heyman before calling out Cody Rhodes to “acknowledge him”.
After the commercial break, Cody Rhodes came to the ring and said he was as much of a man of his word as him. Reigns then called Rhodes a fool because he was “an idiot” for aligning himself with Seth Rollins. Reigns warned Rhodes about Rollins betraying him based on his personal experience in The Shield, but Rhodes bragged about being responsible for The Shield’s first loss.
Rhodes said that Rollins may hate him, but Rollins hated Reigns more. Rhodes then asked Reigns if he could even trust Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, asking who was the person in power: The Tribal Chief or The Final Boss?
Reigns then called Rhodes a politician preparing to run for Governor, saying that all he did was promise but never deliver because he was #2 before Reigns declared that he would be #1 forever. Rhodes admitted that the next generation may want to grow up to be Roman Reigns, but then declared that he would be the one to end it all at WrestleMania XL. Rhodes extended his hand for Reigns to adhere to the Code of Honor, but Reigns shook Heyan’s hand instead.
After that, Solo Sikoa & Jimmy Uso came to ringside to surround Rhodes, but Jey Uso & Seth Rollins also appeared ringside to help support Rhodes. The trios had a tense staredown to end the broadcast.
