WWE Raw Viewership For 12/28 Continues An Upward Trend
Raw this week continued an upward viewership trend
According to Showbuzz Daily, the December 28 episode of Raw averaged 1.769 million viewers, which is up from the 1.691 million viewers the December 21 episode drew. Just two weeks ago, the show set the record for the least-watched episode of Raw with 1.526 million viewers.
This week’s episode was centered around Randy Orton and Alexa Bliss and in the closing segment of the show, Alexa dared Randy to set her on fire but the lights went out before we could see whether or not he actually did. The most-watched hour of the show was the first hour which featured Keith Lee vs. Sheamus for the right to challenge Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship on next week’s episode of Raw, which will also be a special Legends Night.
In the ratings, this week’s episode of Raw drew approximately a 0.52 rating in the 18-49 demo, which is down slightly from the 0.53 rating the December 21 episode drew.
The show went up against Monday Night Football on ESPN, which averaged 7.337 million viewers and drew a 2.11 rating in the 18-49 demo.
