WWE Partnering With ‘WXW C4’ For A Samu Anoa’i Fundraiser Event

WWE and WXW C4 are coming together for a benefit show.

World Wrestling Entertainment and World X-treme Wrestling C4 are partnering up to host a benefit show for former 5-time WXW Heavyweight Champion Samu Anoa’i who needs a liver transplant. Samu is the father of Lance Anoa’i and Samu announced in late 2018 that he has stage 4 liver cancer and was awaiting a transplant. The event is set for May 29th and is taking place in Allentown, Pennsylvania and below is the synopsis for the promotional video:

WWE is currently partnered with the likes of wXw in Germany, PROGRESS Wrestling and EVOLVE. EVOLVE has an upcoming show on May 10th in Livonia, Michigan where former NXT North American Champion Adam Cole will take on the current EVOLVE Champion Austin Theory in a non-title match and WWN Champion JD Drake will defend his gold against Joe Gacy.
