The show was headlined by The Wolf Dogs facing Axiom & Nathan Frazer for the NXT Tag Titles plus the fallout of NXT Stand & Deliver. The full results are listed below.

- After a video package recapping the happenings of NXT Stand & Deliver, Vic Joseph & Booker T welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.

The newly crowned NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez but a promo, saying that everything was fine in the world because she regained the title she never lost, saying that there was nothing anyone could do to take the title off her before declaring that she was entering the WWE Draft pool. Lyra Valkyria interrupted Perez, where she said that she wanted her rematch tonight, but Perez made fun of her for her injury. Tatum Paxley wanted to step up for Valkyria, but Valkyria responded by saying that she was good. Paxley then asked if Valkyria was good before tossing Valkyria onto the stairs. The medical team checked on Valkyria after the attack.
Natalya interrupted Perez & challenged her to a title match. Perez gave a hard pass to Natalya’s challenge, but NXT General Manager Ava came to the ramp and announced that Perez would defend her title tonight against Natalya. -
Axiom & Nathan Frazer were interviewed backstage, where Frazer said they needed to win or would not get another shot. Axiom that he & Frazer belonged at the top, to which Frazer responded that if tonight was their last night as a team, they would go out swinging.

After Andre Chase gifted Kelani Jordan & Fallon Henley Honorary Chase U Awards, Jacy Jayne & Jasmyn Nyx confronted the Chase University Class before telling Thea Hail that the reason Chase U went into debt was because he had placed his bets on Thea Hail winning the NXT Womens Title on NXT Great American Bash, but would not risk Hail getting injured during the match which was why he threw the towel. Hail stormed out of the classroom.

After a video package of Je’Von Evans (former DPW Champion Jay Malachi), SCRYPTS said the “bouncy boy” would get bounced.

The No Quarter Catch Crew (Damon Kemp, Myles Bourne & Charlie Dempsey) spoke backstage about Dempsey defeating Matt Wrenkowski before they were interrupted by The Family (Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, Luca Crucifino & Adrianna Rizzo) confronted them. Stacks & Crucifix challenged the NQCC to a match, which they accepted.
- Je’Von Evans def. SCRYPTS (w/ Bronco Nima, Lucien Price & Jaida Parker) via Pinfall (Corkscrew Splash).
- Kelly Kincaid spoke with Ridge Holland after he attacked Joe Gacy in NXT Stand & Deliver, but Joe Gacy appeared from out of nowhere. Gacy was talking trash, but Holland left. LWO’s Cruz del Toro & Joaquin Wilde met with Holland, but Holland pushed Del Toro before accidentally slamming the door on Del Toro’s wrist.
- NXT Women’s World Championship: Roxanne Perez (c) def. Natalya via Pinfall (Pop Rox).
- The finish came when Lola Vice swept Natalya’s leg on the outside with a kick. Perez saw the opening and hit the Pop Rox on Natalya for the win.
- Baron Corbin met with Bron Breakker backstage, where Corbin tried to make Breakker admit that them being a team was a good thing.
- Lola Vice cut a promo backstage, where she said that she had her eyes on the NXT Women’s Championship & NXT Women’s North American Championship. Natalya attacked Vice backstage before an army of referees separated them.
- The D’Angelo Family (Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo & Luca Crucifino) (w/ Adrianna Rizzo) def. No Quarter Catch Crew (Myles Borne & Damon Kemp) (w/ Charlie Dempsey) via Pinfall (Big Rig/ Shatter Machine).
- NXT North American Champion Oba Femi cut a promo in the ring, where he talked about him not losing the title, saying that he would not lose the title because he was the most dominant force in NXT. He was interrupted by Raw’s Ivar, who said that he was jealous of not being involved in the Triple Threat on Stand & Deliver and said that he was the one who could put the big man down. Ivar then attacked Femi before hitting a springboard Plancha on Oba Femi.

The Meta Four (Noam Dar, Oro Mensah, Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson) celebrated their success on NXT Stand & Deliver as hosts, but Mensah said that he was frustrated that Oba Femi pushed him to the side. DIJAK interrupted and asked who did the parody skit about him, to which Dar responded by saying he was responsible. DIJAK told Dar that was his only warning.
- Jaida Parker (Lucien Price, Bronco Nima & SCRYPTS) def. Brinley Reece (w/ Edris Enofe & Malik Blade) via Pinfall (Hip Check).
- Arianna Grace & Sol Ruca spoke backstage before Ruca said she called dibs on the NXT Women’s North American Title. Lola Vice appeared and complained about Natalya attacking her backstage, but Ruca told Vice she should have seen it coming.
- NXT Tag Team Championship Match: Nathan Frazer & Axiom def. Wolf Dogs (Bron Breakker & Baron Corbin) (c) to win the titles via Pinfall (Phoenix Splash).
- After the match, The Final Testament (Karrion Kross, Akem, Rezar, Paul Ellering & Scarlett) appeared, with Aken & Rezar attacking Frazer & Axiom before hitting them with the Super Collider.

Trick Williams cut a promo to the crowd about his win against Carmelo Hayes on NXT Stand & Deliver. Williams put over Hayes for being the ace, but explained that his being the ace was why he had to prove himself against “HIM”. Williams then said that if he wanted to be the man in NXT, he needed to slay The Mad Dragon before calling out NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov. Dragunov praised Williams but rejected Williams’s challenge because it was time for another man to get a shot. After Williams said that he would do anything for the title, Dragunov offered Williams a title shot but with the condition that if he lost, Williams would have to leave NXT. After Dragunov & Williams shook on it, Carmelo Hayes attacked both Williams & Dragunov before revealing that he would face Williams next week in a Steel Cage Match. Hayes stood tall to end the broadcast
