- After Vic Joseph & Booker T kicked off the show, Ilja Dragunov came to the ring to call out Carmelo Hayes to come to the ring right now. Hayes arrived at the ramp but was accompanied by an army of security guards. Hayes challenged Dragunov to a title match but told Dragunov he had until the end of the night. Dragunov laid out the security guards.
- Gigi Dolin & Jaida Parker spoke with Ava before they got into an argument. Ava booked them to a match for later tonight.
- Kiana James (w/ Izzy Dame) def. Kelani Jordan.
- Roxanne Perez threw a tantrum backstage for losing another opportunity at the NXT Women’s Championship. Jakara Jackson made fun of Perez, which led to a brawl between the two.
- The Good Brothers (“The Machine Gun” Karl Anderson & “The Big LG” Luke Gallows) def. Edris Enofe and Malik Blade.
- After the match, Andre Chase & Duke Hudson appeared from the crowd and the said that they were here to give The Good Brothers an Andre Chase-sized ass whooping; however, Nathan Frazer & Axiom wanted their shot at The Good Brothers. Instead, LWO’s Joaquin Wilde & Cruz del Toro attacked Gallows and Anderson from behind as Bron Breakker & Baron Corbin watched the action unfold from the Raven’s Nest.
- NXT North American Champion Oba Femi met with Ava backstage, where he wanted to know the name of his next victim, but Ava said that they were still looking for a challenger. Ilja Dragunov joined the office and had an intense confrontation with Oba Femi before telling Ava that they had to talk.
- Roxanne Perez def. Jakara Jackson (w/ Lash Legend).
- Thea Hail spoke with Jacy Jayne & Jasmyn Nyx about her not being able to speak with Riley Osbourne after their date, with Jayne saying the old Thea Hail is a loser. Kiana James & Izzy Dame joined into the conversation and asked Jacy Jayne about the sales of the calendar.
- Baron Corbin & Bron Breakker spoke backstage before Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows interrupted them. The Good Brothers said that it would not take long to win the titles, but Corbin responded by saying that it was funny when AJ Styles slapped Anderson in the mouth.
- DIJAK def. Luca Crusifino.
- Joe Gacy escaped the jacket. Crufino pushed DIJAK out of the ring, leading to Gacy to attack DIJAK. As Gacy & DIJAK brawled on the ramp, Crucifino left a crowbar by the stairs.
- Tony D’Angelo spoke with Angela Rizzo & Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, where D’Angelo instructed Stacks to “get him”, but no specifics on who “him” was.
- Noam Dar & Oro Mensah were interviewed by Kelly Kincaid ahead of Dar’s match against any member of the No Quarter Catch Crew, where he said that they are ready for anything.
- Lyra Valkyrie called Tatum Paxley to appear in the ring to her surprise after obeying her order last week. Lyra revealed to Tatum that the both would challenge The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) for the WWE Women’s Tag Titles next week.
- Ridge Holland interrupted the proceedings to apologize for his actions the past weeks, but the lights went out and the following message appeared: “Truth will ultimately prevail, but there is pain bringing it to light”. After that quote was shown, a mystery man swung a chair onto the back of Holland, and the mystery man was revealed to be none other than Shawn Spears making his NXT return.
- Brooks Jensen confronted Oba Femi backstage, where he challenged him to a match for the NXT North American Title.
- Kelly Kincaid spoke with Carmelo Hayes backstage in his locker room, where Hayes said to inform Ilja if there was no contract, there was no Melo.
- Von Wagner (w/ Mr. Stone) def. Lexis King.
- There was a video package for The Kabuki Warriors ahead of their return on NXT Roadblock.
- Lyra Valkyria & Tatum Paxley spoke backstage about the return, but they were interrupted by Jaida Parker. Arianna Grace tried to moderate the interaction.
- Joe Gacy camouflaged as a cameraman before he attacked DIJAK from out of nowhere. Ava & multiple referees tried to stop the fight.
- Jaida Parker (w/ Lucien Price, Bronco Nima & SCRYPTS of OTM) def. Gigi Dolin.
- Arianna Grace came to the ring and said that the locker room needed to “come together”. Gigi went for a forearm strike, but Grace blocked it to bring “peace”; however, that backfired for Grace as she ate a vicious headbutt from Dolin. Parker saw the distraction and attacked Dolin from behind before hitting the Hidden Blade on Dolin for the win.
- There was a vignette of a shot of the beach before showing a message written on the sand saying “See You Soon”.
- Before the main event match, the member of the No Quarter Catch Crew challenging Noam Dar was revealed to be Charlie Dempsey.
- NXT Heritage Cup Championship Match: Charlie Dempsey (Drew Gulak, Damon Kemp, & Myles Borne) def. Noam Dar (w/ Oro Mensah & Lash Legend) to become the new NXT Heritage Cup Champion (Round 5: 2-1).
- Shawn Spears was interviewed backstage, where he said that he struck Ridge Holland because he had been lying through his teeth.
- Ava moderated the contract signing to officialize the bout between Carmelo Hayes & NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov for NXT Roadblock. They were preparing for the events, but they were interrupted by The Family (Tony D’Angelo, Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo & Angela Rizzo). D’Angelo headed by himself to the ring and wanted to include himself in the conversation. It was revealed that the security guards that Hayes brought were bribed by D’Angelo. D’Angelo said that he was here to show the world that he was the one to win the NXT Title off Dragunov, not Carmelo Hayes and he would earn his shot at NXT Stand & Deliver.
Tony D’Angelo pitched having a #1 Contender’s Match between himself & Hayes to win a shot at Stand & Deliver. Dragunov wanted to attack Hayes, but he was impressed by D’Angelo’s words and agreed to the decision made by Ava. Hayes was irate about the situation, with Hayes saying that he was the Don of the NXT Title. Hayes pushed D’Angelo onto Dragunov before slamming D’Angelo onto the table with a back-drop driver. Hayes stood tall to end the broadcast.
