WWE Hall Of Famer Hospitalized
WWE Hall of Famer Superstar Billy Graham is currently hospitalized due to internal bleeding, according to TMZ.
Reports do say that he is in stable condition, fortunately. Graham’s son Joseph Miluso told Pro Wrestling Sheet that the bleeding is currently under control and doctors expect Graham to make a full recovery. It is unclear at this point how long he’ll need to stay in the hospital though.
Great North Wrestling did send a statement when Graham was first hospitalized on August 2. They wrote the following:
“GNW has been informed through his wife Valerie that former WWE Champion and WWE Hall of Famer” Superstar Billy Graham has been admitted to the Mayo Clinic due to some serious medical symptoms. Graham will undergo a procedure Wednesday morning to identify the cause of his medical issues.”
It is the next chapter in a long history of health problems that Graham has faced. He needed a liver transplant in 2002 and was again hospitalized in 2006, due to a bowel obstruction from an earlier surgery. On July 2010, Graham was hospitalized once again due to liver problems. Afterwards, he announced that he probably only had one year left to live without another liver transplant.
Billy Graham was a former WWWF Heavyweight Champion and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004. He announced in 2015 that he signed a WWE Legends Deal, but has had a tumultuous relationship with the WWE for decades.
