WWE Files Trademarks For “WCW” & “Total Divas,” Abandons “Rated R Superstar” Trademark

WWE has filed to trademark both “WCW” and “Total Divas” and reportedly abandoned a trademark relating to Edge.

According to Wrestling Inc., WWE filed for both trademarks on May 18. In addition, the report stated that it abandoned the trademark for “Rated R Superstar.” Below are the following use descriptions that were filed with the USPTO for “WCW” and “Total Divas.”

For WCW:
