WWE Files Trademark For “Ruthless Aggression”
WWE has filed to trademark for “Ruthless Aggression.”
On February 11, WWE filed to trademark “Ruthless Aggression” for a number of uses, which included entertainment services and merchandising. The WWE Network recently is in the middle of uploading a multi-part series about WWE’s “Ruthless Aggression” era that saw the rise of stars such as John Cena, Randy Orton, Batista, Brock Lesnar
The following use descriptions were provided to the USPTO (United States Patent & Trademark Office) with the filings:
“IC 025. US 022 039. G & S: Clothing, namely, tops, shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies; outerwear, namely, coats; bottoms, pants, shorts, underwear, dresses, pajamas, lingerie, clothing ties, scarves, gloves, swimwear; Halloween and masquerade costumes; footwear, namely, shoes, sneakers, slippers, flip flops, boots; headwear, namely, hats, caps; wrist bands; bandanas”
