WWE Files Lawsuit Against US Citizenship and Immigration Services
On January 26, WWE filed a lawsuit against U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in the United States District Court of Connecticut.
PWInsider confirmed the filing of the lawsuit.
Court documents are currently sealed to the public. Immigration attorney Martine G. Cuomo filed the lawsuit on behalf of WWE. Cuomo is a partner at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy in Westport, Connecticut. Fragomen is the world’s largest firm dedicated to corporate immigration, and is recognized as the leading global immigration services provider.
An electronic summons was issued on January 27 to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. An answer is required within 60 days.
Amended pleadings need to be filed by March 27 with discovery completed by July 8 and dispositive motions due by September 1.
