As of late, WWE Premium Live Events have been beginning at earlier start times then usual, with WWE dropping the 8PM EST start time for 6:30PM EST for Survivor Series: War Games. 

In WWE’s press release regarding the final SmackDown before the Premium Live Event, they also confirmed that the show will begin at an early start time of 6PM EST.

Royal Rumble streams live in the U.S. exclusively on Peacock beginning at 6pm ET/3 pm PT.

Elsehwere in the press release, WWE announced that SmackDown will air from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, IN.
