WrestleMania 34 United States Championship Match Turned Into Fatal Four-Way

April 8th will be Wrestlemania 34 and Rusev Day.

Tonight on Smackdown, Rusev pinned WWE United States Champion Randy Orton during a tag team match. Orton, Bobby Roode, and Rusev's tag team partner Jinder Mahal had already been put into a triple threat match at Wrestlemania 34

The following is a excerpt from the Fightful Wrestling live coverage of Smackdown.

Jinder is in control of Roode as we come back from commercial, he and Rusev double teaming Roode until Roode fights out of a standing arm triangle and tags Randy in. Randy teases an RKO before he and Roode argue and Randy hits him with an RKO. Rusev then hits Randy with the Machka Kick for the pin and the win.

After the match, Rusev said he wanted to be inserted into the championship triple threat. The change to the match was later officially announced during the show.

Fightful Wrestling had live coverage and a recapping podcast for Smackdown and the same will be done for Wrestlemania 34.
