Women’s Dusty Cup Commences, Dolph Ziggler vs. Tommaso Ciampa, And More Set For 2/22/22 NXT 2.0
The February 22 episode of NXT 2.0 is beginning to take shape.
First, the 2022 Women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic will commence. At this time, the bracket for the tournament has not been revealed. A couple of the teams set to compete are Kay Lee Ray & Io Shirai, Indi Hartwell & Persia Pirotta, and more.
LA Knight and Grayson Waller will also do battle next week. Waller tried to have Knight arrested at Vengeance Day, but because he violated the terms of his restraining order, it was deemed void. As a result, Knight is once again free to fight the man with whom he’s been feuding with since before Halloween.
Finally, Dolph Ziggler will face Tommaso Ciampa. The two men have had run-ins on NXT and Raw the past two weeks as they vie for the next crack at Bron Breakker’s NXT Championship. Ciampa wants to prove to Ziggler that he shouldn’t be underestimated, while Dolph is intent on showing Tommaso off as a minor league player.
