Wes Lee retained the NXT North American Championship at NXT Stand & Deliver, defeating Axiom, JD McDonagh, Ilja Dragunov, and Dragon Lee in a five-way bout.
The finish saw Wes Lee hit Dragunov with the cardiac kick as Dragunov hit Dragon Lee with a running strike.

Wes Lee has been NXT North American Champion since WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2022. This marked his fifth successful title defense.
This bout also marked Dragon Lee’s televised NXT in-ring debut.
The bout came together when Shawn Michaels allowed Lee to pick his four opponents. He picked Lee, McDonagh, and Dragunov. Axion qualified by winning a battle royal.
