Viewership For Roddy Piper ‘Biography’ Drops, WWE’s Most Wanted Treasures Ticks Up

After a strong premiere, the numbers were down for the second episode of WWE’s “Biography” series on A&E.

ShowBuzz Daily reports the “Rowdy” Roddy Piper episode of “Biography” drew 880,000 viewers on Sunday, April 25. This number is down from the premiere episode centered around “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, which drew 1.062 million viewers. 

The Piper episode posted a rating of 0.27 in the 18 to 49 demographic, down from the Austin episode, which drew a 0.38 rating in the same demographic. 

While “Biography” was down, “WWE’s Most Wanted Treasures” was up. The second episode in the series drew 769,000 viewers, up from last week’s number of 766,00 viewers. The demographic rating was down at Sunday’s episode posted a 0.27 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, down from last week’s 0.29 demographic rating. 

“Biography” finished 10th on the night among top 150 cable originals while “WWE’s Most Wanted Treasures” finished 11th. 

The May 2 episode of “Biography” will focus on “Macho Man” Randy Savage.
