Vickie Guerrero Explains How Much It Means To Her When Wrestlers Pay Homage To Eddie Guerrero

Vickie shows her appreciation to the superstars who do so.

It is coming up on the thirteen-year anniversary of WWE Hall Of Famer and former WWE Champion Eddie Guerrero passing away. Even though it has been so long since “Latino Heat” was last on earth, he continues to live through his family and the wrestling world. Current WWE superstars such as Sasha Banks, Ember Moon, Peyton Royce, legendary luchadore Rey Mysterio have all kept Eddie’s memory alive.

Ahead of WWE ‘Evolution’ this past Sunday, Vickie Guerrero spoke about how Eddie is still with everyone and she knows that whenever she is headed to the ring he is with her. While speaking with Sky Sports, Vickie also added that it means a lot to her and her daughters when wrestlers show love to “Latino Heat”.

“Its very special because Eddie’s legacy still lives on, and even though Eddie’s not with us today, I’m still living his love how he affected everyone else so he’s alive and well in the wrestling industry – even when I perform in the ring, I always had Eddie in my corner, so he’s never left us.” She said. “He’s always gonna be around everyone and I think for the women to come up to me and say how special he was, it means a lot to me and my daughters.”

Vickie Guerrero was present at WWE’s ‘Evolution’ PPV and to read the results from the show, head over to the “results” section of Fightful.
