Triple H Provides Medical Update On Brian ‘Road Dogg’ James, Says He Has Been On Headset From Home

Triple H provides an update on Brian James following his medical issues.

On March 27, Tracy James, the wife of Brian “Road Dogg” James said her husband was hospitalized on March 25 after “most likely suffering a heart attack.”

On March 30, Road Dogg commented on his condition following his return home.

“To God be the glory, I live to tell the story! I’m headed home. I’ve got some work to do and some changes to make but I’m up to the task. I want to thank EACH and EVERY one of you for your thoughts and prayers and your kind words. So many reached out with positive vibes and it overwhelmed me with love. Thank you all and God is good! Let the journey begin! #OUDK # GBU #LIVEARMSTRONG,”

Of course, Road Dogg works as a producer for WWE NXT alongside his former D-Generation X stablemates, Shawn Michaels and Triple H. During a media call following the second night of NXT TakeOver Stand & Deliver, Triple H provided an update on Road Dogg and said that they were able to set him up with a workstation at home so that he could be on the headset over the last two days and be involved with NXT TakeOver.

“I wanted to mention that Brian James, Road Dogg, has been home. He’s been recovering, but he is healthy, he is good. He is recovering at home, he is doing well. We had him set up, so he was on [a] headset over the last 2 days being involved. As he gets his strength back and everything feeling good, he will be back at it being the Road Dogg in no time. I just wanted to give a shout-out to him and we, gravely, miss him here. He will be back soon enough, but he is doing well.”

Road Dogg was inducted alongside Shawn Michaels and Triple H into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2019 when D-Generation X was inducted as a faction.
