Triple H: Montez Ford Is A Star
Triple H acknowledges Montez Ford.
While WWE Elimination Chamber 2023 belonged to Sami Zayn, the crowd in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, also got to see Montez Ford in his first major singles opportunity in WWE.
Montez put on a star-making performance when competing in his very first Elimination Chamber Match. By night’s end, he was one of the final three competitors left in the match, which was held for the WWE United States Championship. During the match, Montez hit several Topes in succession and also dove from the top of the chamber structure.
While Triple H did not get the chance to praise Montez Ford during the post-show press conference, he made sure to stay on Twitter that The Street Profits team member is a star in his eyes.

Montez would later take to his own Instagram account to reflect on his first major championship opportunity as a singles competitor and thanked everyone for their support.
I didn’t succeed last night in winning the “U.S. Championship,” but YOU ALL didn’t fail on me. Thank you to all the WWE Universe, my family, friends, colleagues, & all the support heading into Elimination Chamber last night.
I prayed I gave you something(s)to remember in spite of my shortcomings.
