Triple H And Stephanie McMahon Say Rich Swann Will Be Fired If Convicted
Rich Swann has been out of action for over a month after he was arrested for kidnapping and false imprisonment, without much of an update since.
Swann was quickly suspended by WWE after the incident that saw his wife — professional wrestler Su Yung — had him arrested following a domestic incident that saw the two both leave a moving vehicle. While Swann's attorney has commented, WWE's first real statements on the matter came this week when Triple H and Stephanie McMahon both appeared on The Wrap.
“We are just waiting on the legal,” Triple H said. “We have a zero tolerance policy on that, as you’ve well seen. So he’s suspended until it is determined legally one way or the other.”
"If he’s convicted, he will be released,” McMahon stated.Triple H indicated that the release would be immediate if he ends up getting cut.
The 26-year old Swann was bailed out by Su Yung the next morning. Yung will be appearing during this week's Impact Wrestling tapings as well, according to Squared Circle Sirens.
It's worth noting that Swann denies the allegations that he physically touched Yung, real name Vanarah Riggs.
