Trial Updates For MLW vs. WWE, Teddy Hart, & Kimber Lee
Multiple updates have been provided on trials from around the world of wrestling.
According to PWInsider, a hearing regarding the case between WWE and MLW that was set to take place before the San Jose District of the United States District Court on Thursday, October 26 has been canceled. The hearing was originally scheduled for the purpose of discussion regarding MLW’s amended lawsuit and if it was able to stand to scrutiny before the court. Instead, the court issued a ruling on October 17 noting that the Judge assigned to the case will issue a ruling based on previous motions and arguements filed by both companies.
Furthermore, PWInsider also notes that former MLW Star Teddy Hart is set for a court heating on December 14 in Titusville, Florida. Hart’s defense originally asked for the hearing to take place in October, but they recently asked for it to be delayed until December.
