Tony Khan Wants To Make AEW Heading To Wembley A Yearly Tradition

Tony Khan discusses what he wants to make a tradition in AEW.

Tony Khan wants to make AEW heading to Wembley Stadium a yearly tradition.

On August 27th, 2023, AEW held their first All In pay-per-view from Wembley Stadium. The show was an incredible success, with the company announcing by the end of the show that they would be back for another show in August 2024.

While speaking to The New York Post, AEW president Tony Khan addressed AEW’s trips to the stadium in London, noting that he hopes to have people from all over the world coming in for the show every year.

“I want to go back and build and have that tradition of doing the biggest stadium show of the year in Europe and having people from all over the world travel to London for that show,”

Tony also noted that while it is not guarenteed, he will not rule out the possibility of Worlds End becoming a New York based show yearly.

“I think looking at the calendar and the time it’s certainly an intriguing possibility for a major event in the Northeast and could be specifically New York,” Khan said. “Certainly on Long Island, we have seen great results for the inaugural World’s End.”

AEW Worlds End is set to take place later this month on December 30th, and will feature a main event of Samoa Joe vs MJF for the AEW World Title.

Tickets for AEW All In 2024 go on sale today, December 1st. You can get your tickets here.
