Tony Khan: AEW Dynamite Announcement Is A ‘Great’ And ‘Exciting Development’ For The Company
Tony Khan is set to make an important announcement on Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite.
On the February 22 episode of AEW Dynamite, Tony Khan will make an “important announcement” regarding the company. Past announcements on Dynamite included buying Ring of Honor, a new show, or a new talent.
Speaking to Phoenix New Times, Khan was asked about the announcement.
“Hah. Well, I can’t tell you right now, but it’s something I’m very excited about and it’s great for the company,” he said.
When asked if the announcement would be about AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2, Khan replied, “There are a lot of exciting things in the near future for AEW. All I can say is we have an important announcement coming at this show in Phoenix. And it’s an exciting development for the company, and I’m excited to share it with the fans in Phoenix and all over the world.”
Along with Tony’s important announcement, AEW Dynamite will feature Jon Moxley vs. Evil Uno, a tag team battle royale to earn a spot in the AEW Tag Team Title bout at AEW Revolution, and more.
