Tommaso Ciampa Gets New Theme Song, Picks Up First Singles Win On Raw

“No One Will Survive” did not survive.

Tommaso Ciampa for so many years was one of the pillars of NXT. Ciampa did have a brief excursion to Monday Night Raw in 2019 alongside Johnny Gargano but ultimately, both ended up back in NXT.

Now, Tommaso Ciampa appears to be going back and forth between Monday Night Raw and NXT 2.0: As Close As It Gets, and tonight, Ciampa appeared in his first singles match on Monday Night Raw but the presentation was a little different than normal for The Blackheart.

Tommaso Ciampa had a new theme song, but along with that change came a first time ever for the veteran. Tommaso Ciampa picked up his first two singles Victory on Monday Night Raw with a win over Robert Roode.

Ciampa had to fend off the distraction of Dolph Ziggler, taking him out with a knee to the face and was then able to roll up the former NXT Champion for his first Monday Night Raw singles vctory. Unfortunately, the night did not end as glowingly for Ciampa.

Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode ended Tommaso Ciampa’s night with a beat down ahead of a tag team match on tomorrow’s episode of NXT.

Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode vs. Tommaso Ciampa and Bron Breakker will open tomorrow’s show on the USA Network.
