The show was headlined by The System’s Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards defending their TNA Tag Titles against The Motor City Machine Guns. The full results are listed below.

TNA iMPACT! (4/18/2024)
- Tom Hannifan & Matt Rehwoldt welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
- Alex Hammerstone def. Guido (w/ Ray Jaz & Zack Clayton) via Submission (Torture Rack).
- Josh Alexander was on Commentary for the match.
- Ash By Elegance & George Iceman cut a promo backstage, where Ash revealed that she would be in a VIP Lounge for the TNA Knockouts Title Match before saying that Ash got next at the title. Xia Brookside interrupted about this and revealed that she would face Ash next week in a rematch.
- Jordynne Grace cut a promo from the Airport in Australia. Grace said while Matt Cardona was out due to injury, she knew what Steph DeLander could do and promised not to take her for granted.
- Joe Hendry def. LSG via Pinfall (Standing Ovation).
- Mustafa Ali & Grizzled Young Veterans (Zack Gibson & James Drake) def. Jake Something, Cody Deaner & Rhino via Pinfall (450 Splash).
- Steve Maclin cut a promo backstage, where he bragged about stacking bodies in the new era of TNA. Maclin promised to make his presence felt at TNA Rebellion.
- There was a vignette of Eric Young meeting with “The Sickness”. Young said he needed to bring The Sickness back but was scared of the man he could become. The Sickness said Young had never changed and they were necessary to wrestling. Young then sent out a warning to Frankie Kazarian, telling Kazarian that he would baptize him in the holy waters of change.
- Rosemary (w/ Havok) def. Jody Threat (w/ Dani Luna) via Pinfall (Spear).
- Jonathan Gresham had a vignette with a psychologist where he believed that life was a costume party, where everyone was dressed up while he was showing his true face. Gresham sat down with The Octopus on a bench on the grass.
- TNA World Tag Team Championship Match: The System (Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards) (c) (w/ Alisha Edwards) def. The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) via Pinfall (Lariat & Boston Knee Party Combination).
- Nic Nemeth came to the ring to cut a promo. Nemeth was about to speak but was immediately by the TNA World Champion Moose. Nemeth told Moose that from day one, he had shown that his intentions lie with TNA, but Moose responded by saying that while TNA Management, locker room, and fans want him as champion, he would be able to stay at the top for long as he was a choke artist. Nemeth said that he knew his reputation, but was now a changed man and told Moose that he would walk out of TNA Rebellion as TNA Champion. Nemeth & Moose had a staredown to end the broadcast.
