TKO Submits SEC Filing Confirming Vince McMahon’s Resignation

TKO submits an SEC filing on Vince McMahon’s resignation. 

On January 26, Vince McMahon resigned from his positions as TKO Executive Chairman and as a member of the TKO Board of Directors. The resignation came one day after a lawsuit was filed by Janel Grant against Vince McMahon, WWE and former executive John Laurinaitis. The lawsuit accuses McMahon of sex trafficking, emotional abuse, and sexual assault.

On January 26, 2024, Vincent K. McMahon notified the board of directors (the “Board”) of TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (“TKO”) of his resignation from his positions as Executive Chair and a member of the Board, and any other positions, employment or otherwise, he has at TKO and its subsidiaries, in each case, with immediate effect as of January 26, 2024.

McMahon has denied the allegations against him.
