Timothy Thatcher Withdrawn From Pro Wrestling NOAH N-1 Victory Tournament Due To Visa Issues

Pro Wrestling NOAH announced the news on August 4; in a tweet, the company named visa issues as the reason for the move. 

NOAH also announced that Yoshiki Inamura and Kinya Okada will face off in a qualifying match for the vacant slot at DEPARTURE 2022 on August 5.

The tournament is set to include two groups. The A Block will include GHC Heavyweight Champion Kenoh, Go Shiozaki, Masato Tanaka, Hideki Suzuki, El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr., Anthony Greene, Masaaki Mochizuki, and Kazuyuki Fujita. Meanwhile, the B Block will feature Satoshi Kojima, Katsuhiko Nakajima, Masakatsu Funaki, Kaito Kiyomiya, Takashi Sugiura, Masa Kitamiya, the winner of Inamura vs. Okada, and Jack Morris

Thatcher debuted in NOAH at the  Star Navigation show on June 7. He has frequently worked for the promotion ever since. He captured the GHC Tag Team Championship with Hideki Suzuki at NOAH Destination 2022 on July 16.

Before he came to NOAH, Thatcher had been with WWE until the company released him on January 5.
