Tessa Blanchard Denies Accusations Of Bullying, Racial Slurs From Several Wrestlers
Allysin Kay and Chelsea Green are accusing Tessa Blanchard of bullying and in one instance even using the n-word in Japan.
Ahead of Tessa Blanchard’s IMPACT World Championship match against Sami Callihan at IMPACT Hard To Kill, stories are emerging of Tessa being a bully in the locker room and not always having the most professional conduct.
Replying to a tweet where Tessa encouraged women to support one another, NWA Women’s Champion Allysin Kay recalled an instance where Tessa allegedly spit in the eye of another performer while in Japan and used the n-word.
Remember when you spat in a black woman’s face and called her the N-word in Japan? Was that you “supporting women“? The AUDACITY of this tweet https://t.co/P49uNWsqIH

The reason I’ve never said anything until now is because it wasn’t my story to tell. I made it clear to La Rosa that I had her back, and today was the day she gave me permission. You can’t force someone to come forward, but you can be there for them. THAT is “supporting women”.

WWE NXT Superstar Chelsea Green would then go onto claim she remembers the incident in question and furthermore, accuse Tessa of consistently putting down other female coworkers including herself.

You’ve consistently put down, bullied, and belittled countless female coworkers, including me. Is that support? https://t.co/MrOOksiijk

Priscilla Kelly also chimed in saying that Tessa publicly put her down on Twitter over an incident that didn’t involve her and advised her to delete her initial tweet.
Remember publicly putting me down on twitter last year for something that didn’t involve you whatsoever, then continuing to drag my name to other people for it?
Pepperidge Farm Remembers.
You should probably delete this tweet. https://t.co/MnsHVnwavU

La Rosa Negra, an independent wrestler from Puerto Rico, has come forward thanking Allysin for the tweet. She claims to be the wrestler allegedly spit on by Tessa in Japan. Kay confirmed to Fightful this was the situation she referred to.
@Sienna & @ImChelseaGreen Thank you so Much!!!!…….
That Story!!!!…. Yes, that’s happens on Japan 2017!!! If @Tessa_Blanchard do not Remember it … Can I!..I am not a Mean Girl with any Coworkers around the world .
Be kind of #racist is not ridiculous is a #sickness https://t.co/wGnSnmNhvg

Renee Michelle, who appeared on WWE programming last year, backed up the story, saying that Rosa Negra feared she would get blacklisted from wrestling.
The day I got the call from my gf La Rosa Negra of the incident- she made me promise to keep my mouth shut because she was afraid of being blacked ball by her. As promised, I did. So I helped her get into Marvelous which is another Japanese promotion.

In addition, Isla Dawn shared her own experience with Blanchard, claiming that Blanchard tried to blacklist her.
As someone who experienced your bullying firsthand, received regular verbal abuse, was spat on, had rumours spread about me, dealt with multiple attempts by you to blacklist me from other companies, (plus more), I just pray you now follow your own advice. https://t.co/MWtmUKLOyf

Add former TNA wrestler Rebel to the list of names, who backed up many of the claims.
I like to think people change over time. But I can confirm the bad behavior & non supportive attitude in Japan, I was there https://t.co/u1e60bgdE6

AEW’s Big Swole has now come forward with more information about the La Rosa Negra incident, saying that she has had conversations with both La Rosa Negra and Tessa Blanchard about hashing out their differences.
La Rosa and I decided it needed to be dealt with. A conversation needed to happen because this was getting intense over the years. As a black woman this sickened me that this happened to a friend of mine. We have been dealing with this since it happened, it’s just now finding

light on social media. People are entitled to deal with this how they want. I just want the world to know the last part of the story.

Another AEW star in Shanna would share her thoughts on the matter, backing up stories happening in Japan, but moreso, supporting La Rosa Negra.
She did more nasty stuff in Japan… Never forget. Practice what you preach sweetheart. I standby @LaAbusadoradePR, she’s a fun loving person who would never disrespect anyone. Much love to you Rosa. https://t.co/gldMcAzwJD

Tessa’s IMPACT co-worker, Moose, tweeted in defense of Tessa, saying everyone has moments in their past that are regrettable. Moose would also call into question the timing of these incidents coming to light.
I guess you and @ImChelseaGreen are absolute angels with a clean past. The timing of these tweets from you guys shows a lot about your characters. https://t.co/LPCeiLowzJ

Fightful has heard from additional names who have said that she’s made some significant changes since joining IMPACT Wrestling, and has typically been on “best behavior” there. We’ve also heard a couple of wrestlers who stated they’ve heard the stories about Blanchard, but haven’t experienced anything themselves in that regard.
Tessa Blanchard released the following two statements on her Twitter. Both deny all the above claims.
I’ve never been anything but kind to u. I’ve dealt with mean girls since I started..not saying I’m a saint, hell I’ve had my ups&downs & Ive made silly decisions…Such is life. u have ZERO merit in your comments..Instead putting me down here for a little clout…you’ve got my #! https://t.co/wBxvnnUx4G
— Tessa Blanchard (@Tess_Blanchard) January 11, 2020
not true. That’s my statement and the most attention I’ll give it because of how actually ridiculous it is.

Tessa is slated to challenge for the IMPACT Championship at IMPACT Hard To Kill. IMPACT has not made any public comments about the situation. Fightful has also reached out to Tessa personally.
