Tenille Dashwood Makes Ring of Honor Debut
Tenille Dashwood made her Ring of Honor debut tonight.
The former Emma appeared at tonight's Honor Reigns Supreme event in Concord, North Carolina. She made a surprise appearance and declared her intentions to compete in the ongoing Women of Honor tournament. Bully Ray came out and said while he wishes her luck in ROH and in the tournament, he felt people wanted to see her tonight. So he made a match for her and Mandy Leon to square off against Kelly Klein and Stacy Shadows. Her team won the match, with Dashwood picking up the pinfall.
Dashwood has just emerged from her 90 day no compete clause after being released from WWE on October 29, 2017 after being part of the promotion for most of the decade, signing a developmental deal in 2011. She first appeared on the main roster as Santino Marella's love interest as a comedy character, but later morphed into a heel persona during her NXT run and continued with that character until being released.
She's also known for the long time it took to try and establish a new character in WWE, Emmalina. After nearly half a year, the character was dropped due to belief that she couldn't convey the new character well.
