Teddy Hart Remains Incarcerated, Court Date Scheduled For April 23

Teddy Hart currently remains incarcerated Richmond, Virginia at the Richmond City Jail. He was arrested on Mar. 4 for violating his house arrest.

Mike Johnson at PWInsider reports Hart as a court date on Apr. 23 at 9 a.m.

Hart was previously arrested on Feb. 12 in Richmond and charged with three counts of possession, possession of a Schedule III controlled substance and possession with intent to sell and distribute. According to Virginia law, Possession of a Schedule III controlled substance is a Class 1 misdemeanor and can be punished with up to 12 months in jail and a fine up to $2,500. Possession of a Schedule III controlled substance by a prisoner is a Class 5 felony, punished with up to 10 years in prison and a fine up to $2,500. 

In a now-deleted YouTube video, Hart said in a conversation with his girlfriend Maria Manic that he went to Virginia to get marijuana following ROH Free Enterprise. He was pulled over due to his license plate not matching registration. Authorities found steroids and marijuana upon searching his car.
