Taiji Ishimori will face Dragon Kid in November.

As previously announced, Taiji Ishimori will produce his own event, “Superhuman Taiji Ishimori Gets Ridiculous”, on November 12th. At the show, Ishimori will wrestle five times. He is already set to team with SHO and Shun Skywalker of DRAGON GATE to face NJPW World TV Champion Jeff Cobb, BJW’s Daisuke Sekimoto, and freelancer Shuji Ishikawa.

NJPW announced that Ishimori will face Dragon Kid in the last of his five trials at the event.

From NJPW:

On November 12, Taiji Ishimori will produce and present his own card in Shinjuku FACE!

Entitled “Superhuman Taiji Ishimori Gets Ridiculous”, a random drawing has determined that Ishimori will wrestle five times over the course of the evening. A junior versus heavy six man tag has already been set, and while his other matches and the card order is still TBA, the main event is now official.

The last of Ishimori’s five trials will see him face Dragon Kid in what Ishimori agrees is a dream first singles encounter. Kid’s journey from FMW referee to Toryumon icon has seen him become one of the most influential high fliers of the 21st century. With Ishimori’s own past in Toryumon well documented, this is a stunning bout to headline in Shinjuku!
