The System Confronts Nic Nemeth, Hammerstone Speaks, Athena Gets Angry | TNA x ROH Fight Size Update

Here is your fight size update following TNA iMPACT! on AXS TV and ROH Wrestling on HonorClub for Thursday, March 21, 2024. 

Below are highlights from both Thursday night wrestling shows.

TNA iMPACT!

– Nic Nemeth came out in the iMPACT! Zone and addressed Moose and The System ahead of their Rebellion World Championship match. The System then came out to confront him. Check out the confrontation embedded above.

– Alex Hammerstone sat down with Tom Hannifan and addressed his controversial win over Josh Alexander at TNA Sacrifice. 

– KUSHIDA and Alex Shelley picked up a victory over the Grizzled Young Veterans. 

– Alex Shelley also recently filed for trademarks related to the Motor City Machine Guns tag team. Learn more here

– Crazzy Steve defeated PCO on March 21, thanks to interference from Big Kon. 

– Cody Deaner turned babyface and said he would be coming to the audience from now on to guide his decision-making in an effort to rediscover his love of professional wrestling. 

– The TNA Knockouts World Tag Title picture is heating up. 

– Jordynne Grace successfully defended the TNA Knockouts World Championship over Tasha Steelz. 

– Ash By Elegance won another match and looked to do more damage to her opponent after the match but was stopped by Xia Brookside. 

– Jake Something earned the right to challenge current TNA X-Division Champion Mustafa Ali at TNA Rebellion. 

– Frankie Kazarian and Eric Young are also slated to meet in Full Metal Mayhem at TNA Rebellion. 

– AJ Francis and Rich Swann will address their alliance next week.

Ring of Honor 

– It was a mixed bag of a night for MIT. Billie Starkz advanced to the finals of the tournament to crown the inaugural Ring of Honor Women’s World TV Champion and it was all smiles there.

However, Athena appears worried about her upcoming defense against Hikaru Shida, alluding to concern over a past win that Shida was able to score over her. 

– Speaking of Shida, she defeated Rachel Ellering in singles action with Athena watching on.

– Eddie Kingston issued a warning to Mark Briscoe. He says he is bringing the old Eddie Kingston to Ring of Honor Supercard of Honor. 

– Johnny TV and Taya Valkyrie appear to have “misplaced” Dalton Castle’s boys. 

– Kiera Hogan and Diamante are set to meet one-on-one on March 28. 

– In a clash of two women making their Ring of Honor debuts, Mina Shirakawa defeated Anna Jay. 

– Matt Sydal and Lee Johnson picked up singles victories on March 21.
