Stipulation Added To NXT Cruiserweight Title Unification Match At NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver
Shawn Michaels must have a ladder match.
Jordan Devlin and Santos Escobar were already set to unify their NXT Cruiserweight Championships at NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver.
But that wasn’t enough for Shawn Michaels.
As Escobar and Devlin stood face-to-face following Devlin’s victory over Kushida in singles competition, the king of the ladder match Shawn Michaels strolled to the ring and slid a ladder between the two men. Escobar and Devlin looked pleased as Michaels’ suggestion.
Michaels famously battled Razor Ramon in a ladder match to unify the Intercontinental Championships at WrestleMania X.
The NXT Cruiserweight Title unification match will take place on night two of NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver.
