This was the second reign that the Young Bucks had with the prestigious belts, though it only lasted 29 days. They originally won the belts back on the June 15 Dynamite, where they defeated Jurassic Express in a tag team title ladder match. This was the Bucks’ first defense of the belts
This is the first championship(s) that both Strickland and Lee have held within the promotion. Both debuted for the promotion earlier this year. They mark the seventh team to hold the belts in the near three year history that they have been active.
