SPOILERS: Major Stipulation And Championship Match Added To Survivor Series, Another Big Change
The face of WWE could change at Survivor Series.
At today's Smackdown tapings from Glasgow, it was announced that Kalisto would be taking on WWE Cruiserweight Champion Brian Kendrick for the title at the November 20 Survivor Series show in an interpromotional match.
In a huge twist, if Kalisto wins the match, the cruiserweight division is moved to Smackdown. WWE revealed last week that the Cruiserweights would be given their own show following Smackdown every week, so this adds to the speculation regarding the finish of the match.
Also announced on the show, Smackdown commissioner Shane McMahon will be replacing Baron Corbin on team Smackdown in the 5-on-5 match. McMahon hasn't competed since losing to the Undertaker at WrestleMania.
Survivor Series takes place November 20 from Toronto, Canada. Fightful.com will have full, live coverage of Survivor Series, including a post-show podcast. You can see our full Smackdown spoilers at this link.
